Common Questions
Can I recover my account after deletion?
No. Once deleted, your account and all data are permanently removed from our systems and cannot be recovered.
What data is kept after deletion?
Only anonymized, aggregated analytics (e.g., "X users logged in today") that cannot identify you. All personal data is erased.
How long does deletion take?
We process deletion requests within 7 business days. You will receive an email confirmation once complete.
Can I delete from the app instead?
Yes. Go to Settings → Account → Delete Account in the NexLista app for the same result.
